Located just off Commercial Road with excellent transport links (20 minutes to Tottenham Court Road), the room is ideal for a producer, programmer, songwriter or artist looking for a private studio space to fill with their own equipment.
The studio has been newly renovated to a high standard, and features air conditioning with fresh air supply, 24 hour access, a seperate storage area and communal kitchen. The studio is accoustically treated using Primacoustic Maxtraps, Broadway and GIK 242 panels, ceiling clouds. Business rates and electricity are included. Please note this is a dry hire space, and doesn't include any equipment. Furniture and acoustic treatment however is included.
