The final programming/writing room at the new 123 Studios in Peckham, south London is finished. The 3.2 x 2.4m Peckham Suite C is available for long-term hire, but doesn’t come with the furniture and gear!
The room is one of three long-term let recording studios based at 123 Studios. Perfect for producers, songwriters, and musicians, Peckham Suite C is suited to small to medium size speaker setups. There are opportunities for the programming/writing rooms to use the main studio live room – suitable for drums, strings, or any kind of acoustic recording – when it’s not in use.
Clients will have access to a shared lounge and bathroom facilities, and there is also a commercial recording studio onsite. The room is based in the Bussey Building complex, which also includes a rooftop cinema, gym, yoga studio, the CLF Art Café venue, music rehearsal rooms, and more. The amenities and thriving nightlife of Peckham are on your doorstep.
