Position: Bookings & Admin Assistant
Salary: £DoE
Location: Miloco Studios HQ, Bermondsey, London
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Office-Based)
Working from our Leroy Street HQ within the bookings and finance teams, you will be responsible for fielding enquiries, managing our backend bookings systems, liaising with clients, and coordinating sessions across the studios on our roster.
There will also be some administrative support and financial work, including: raising invoices, checking purchases, maintaining spreadsheets and other ad-hoc tasks.
You will need to have excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills. You will also be required to quickly learn the selling points of all our studios and freelance studio staff to promote them to a high, professional standard. You will need to learn our administrative systems and processes and have an excellent attention to detail. The successful applicant will be approachable and friendly, with the ability to keep calm and be firm under high-pressure situations. This is an important role at the company, both challenging and rewarding, but can require long hours to be worked.
A passion for music and the recording industry is essential. Any previous experience in recording studios is a plus.
