Miloco is lucky enough to have a host of fantastic long term let studios, which are constantly in such high demand that we only have two locations that have recently become available to lease – but they won’t stay unoccupied for long!
The Yard (pictured above) is conveniently located next to Highbury and Islington tube station and is a great space for producers, writers and artists/bands to set up camp to work on projects. The studio is fitted out with a booth, air conditioning and alarm system, and also comes with cleaning five days a week, internet and TV.
There’s also a kitchen and rec room shared with other rooms in the building for well-deserved down time! The studio is hired without equipment, and will be available from mid August, 2016.
Limehouse (pictured above) is part of a recently refurbished development conveniently located in E1 in vibrant east London, and will be available from August 19th. This is a single, daylit acoustically treated room, perfect for a music producer, writer, programmer, composer or artist to have a space to call their own.
It benefits from 24 hour access, 24 hour security, storage and comes with internet and electricity included. And the best part – there are no issues with making noise around the clock!
