The new year brings a new lease on life, and now it could bring you a new lease on a studio! One of our London long term let studios, The Yard in Highbury & Islington is available in 2016.
The Yard is conveniently located next to Highbury and Islington tube station and is a great space for producers, writers and artists/bands to set up camp to work on their albums. It has a booth, air conditioning and alarm system, comes with cleaning 5 days a week, internet and TV. There is also a kitchen and rec room shared with other rooms in the building. The studio is hired without equipment, and will be available from February 1, 2016.
