White Lies

Five-piece band, White Lies, hail from London and play catchy Indie Rock tunes.

After originally performing under the name, Fear Of Flying, they changed to White Lies and got their first few big gigs at the start of 2009, where they were included in the BBC’s Sound of… poll and the BRITS’ Critic’s Choice Award.

Their debut album, To Lose A Life, was released the same year and charted at number one in the UK Charts. The band’s style has been described as dark but uplifting and has been compared to the likes of Joy Division and Interpol.

White Lies have been regular clients of Miloco Studios over the last couple of years, working in Musikbox and Assault And Battery 2.
