Traveler

Legendary resonator guitar and lap steel player Jerry Douglas is prolific to say the least. Not only has he clocked up 14 solo albums since 1979, but Douglas has also reportedly appeared on no less than 1,600 albums by other artists. Suffice to say he’s made a few connections throughout his career, and some of his illustrious friends and colleagues have made guest appearances on his fourteenth studio album, Traveler. Paul Simon, Eric Clapton, Keb Mo, Dr. John, and Alison Krauss and Mumford & Sons (whose guest appearance was recorded at Angelic Studios) all feature. The Mumfords track was produced by Russ Titelman and engineered by Matt Lawrence.
