Miloco has a wide range of long-term let recording studios for rental in London. Mostly offered as dry-hire spaces, these rooms are the perfect solution for producers, artists, songwriters and programmers looking for their own private long-term London recording studio space to fill with their own gear.
The Long-term let studios are spread across facilities in the north, east, south and west of London: Bermondsey, Clerkenwell, Peckham, Holborn, Hornsey, Kensal Rise, Willesden Green and Highbury & Islington are all catered for.
The rooms come in a variety of sizes and at different rates, starting from small programming rooms to larger studios with booths. There are one or two studios with the option to have some equipment included for an extra cost. The rooms are all semi-soundproofed, have red care alarm systems and 24 hour access. The majority have air conditioning.
