Emilia Buchanan

A bit about Emilia

Raised on a diet of classic rock, Emilia developed a deep love for guitar-driven music and live band recordings from an early age. After completing her degree in music production at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, she began her training as a runner at Noatune studios in Hackney. She later joined Studio 13 as a runner and, around the same time, began working with Miloco Studios as a freelance assistant engineer. Since then, she has been gaining hands-on experience across various Miloco studios, learning from established producers and engineers while continuing to grow her technical and creative skills. So far she has assisted projects spanning a variety of genres, most recently including JADE, Sammy Virji and Holly Humberstone.
