Ned Roberts

A bit about Ned

Ned earned his degree in Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister) from the University of Surrey in 2020, which included an internship at Monnow Valley Studio. Since then, he worked as an engineer at Tileyard London, a position that provided him the opportunity to engineer and assist for chart-topping artists such as Sigala and Ella Eyre, and carry out large-scale ensemble recordings at BBC Maida Vale and Kings Place. We were delighted to welcome him to the team in July 2023. 

Ned prioritises the musicality of every recording session, ensuring that clients not only achieve their artistic vision but also have a memorable and enjoyable recording experience. He has worked to a high level in many genres, from pop and rock to jazz and classical, and particularly enjoys recording live ensembles.
