Riley grew up in a studio so it's second nature to him to offer everyone tea, mic the drums, and then work all night! He started his own record label at 15, releasing his band's music, then his mate's band's music, and going on to host local band nights around Aylesbury.
At The Lark's Tongue Studio in Buckinghamshire, Riley trained as an assistant and engineer for 2 years. By the end of his time there he was the 'go to' for vocal comping, editing and programming. During his training, Riley worked with Tom Walker, Gabrielle Aplin, Sam Tompkins and Cat Burns.
In 2022, Riley moved to London and joined the Miloco team at the start of 2023. Passionate about making all types of music, Riley is super attentive to detail and is always the calmest person in the room.
