These fresh-faced Floridian kids of cool have effortlessly slipped into the UK streams of hype this year, with some fantastic singles in ‘Hurricane Jane’, and ‘Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend…’. Now with the debut album Partie Traumatic riding high in the musical opinion polls, Black Kids are putting forward their case for best new band of 2008 with real conviction.
Partie Traumatic was mixed in Miloco’s Yard studio by engineer Alex Dromgoole in the Spring of 2008.
