The Magic Position

There’s inspirational, and then there’s Patrick Wolf. The Magic Position is Patrick’s third album of sensational folktronica. Exploring the eclectic unthinkable and pulling it off is never easy to do, but the marriages between styles as diverse as Gabba and Gypsy-folk is what makes this album the enthralling masterpiece it will become. Patrick Wolf was mixing the title track from this album with Ben Hillier in the Yard in 2006. Finn Eiles engineered a few tracks in the Engine Room.
