What Kind of Man

Florence + The Machine single ‘What Kind of Man’ was recorded by producer Markus Dravs in Miloco’s The Pool.

Preceding her explosive single ‘Ship To Wreck’, which was also recorded in The Pool, Florence returned with a cut from her album ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful’ in the shape of ‘What Kind of Man’.

Talking about the session, assistant Jonathan Sagis said: “I’ve spent a lot of time working at The Pool in the past few years so I love the vibe there. It’s a very versatile room in terms of its acoustics, equipment and instruments, so tracking an album like Florence’s there is really great. You can make different album tracks sound unique and create a very rich and interesting sounding production.”
