Milk Suite B is one of three long term let recording studios based at Milk Recording Studios, London E1W 3HB. Located just off Commercial Road with excellent transport links (20 minutes to Tottenham Court Road), the room is ideal for a producer, programmer, songwriter or artist looking for a private studio space to fill with their own equipment.
The studio has been newly renovated to a high standard, and features a separate vocal booth, air conditioning, 24 hour access, a storage area and communal kitchen. The studio is acoustically treated using 'GIK 244' bass traps, 'GIK 242' panels and Primacoustic Broadway panels. Business rates and electricity are included. Please note this is a dry hire space, and doesn't include any equipment.
Control room dimensions: 3.6 mtrs by 2.85 mtrs.
Separate vocal booth, dimensions: 2.2 mtrs by 1.1 mtrs.
Rate: £850 + VAT per month.
