The studio offers a 35 m2 loft apartment with complete with terrace overlooking the garden. Relax on the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean flower garden, and enjoy the shared saltwater swimming pool (10h-19h).
The apartment and the studio are on the owner's property where he lives with his family. Though the apartment has a separate entrance, a private terrace, with sun loungers and a small dining table, overlooking the owner's family garden.
The apartment sleeps up to 3 people, is air-conditioned and comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, combined microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, toaster, kettle), dining area, HD television and sofa bed. The bedroom is connected to the living room by a sliding workshop door.
Only 3 km from the sea, creeks and hiking trails. The Studio is just 2 km from the station where a train will take you to Marseille in 20 minutes, and 1 km from the village and local amenities.
There is a free parking space on site and high-speed WiFi.
