Shoreditch Recording Works is London's latest first-class recording and production studio, brimming with Scandinavian-inspired class and the credentials to challenge the top recording destinations in the capital.
Built for a multi-award winning composer by the legendary team at Miloco Builds with acoustics from Nick Whittaker, the studio has been uniquely designed to maximise space and creativity particularly for film score work, classical recording and ADR.
The main control room is centred around an all-ATC 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos system with Avid S1 control surfaces, alongside Merging Horus converters and RME interfaces. There's all the industry standard outboard you could require, as well as some more choice options such as the Thermonic Culture Vulture and Phoenix.
The room arrangement can be quite flexible with a huge control room that can also be used as a recording space with a secondary monitoring setup in the lounge area. All areas are accessible via MADI. With the addition of a slightly more live sounding recording room, the whole space can cater for up to 13 players. That said, with its soffit mounted SCM 100s and dual subs, the spacious control room is equally well suited to writing and mixing sessions.
Rounding up the offering is a comfortable kitchen and bathroom as well as private entrance lobby to take calls or step outside of the studios. The Perseverance Works courtyard offers a peaceful green space; with its resident coffee shop and secluded seating areas you can genuinely soak up the energy of this unique creative hub.
