Here's a little side-note: Ibiza became an international destination because the hippies who arrived in the 1960s' promoted the island to their friends back home! Hippies that came from San Francisco for example, told their San Francisco friends to come down to Ibiza and that's how the ad-chain reaction started! There are still hippies living on the island to this day! They survive by helping each other but also by selling beautiful trinkets that you have to bring home as a souvenir from the White Island!
