All the info on the soon-to-be-released Vintage Folk Rock Kit is now live on the website of drum sample library expert Drumdrops.
Engineer/producer Phill Brown and drummer Martyn Barker sampled a beautiful vintage Hollywood kit that was recorded using a 1970s mic technique using five mics: a mic on the kick, a mic on the snare, two mics surrounding the kit and a mono mic overhead.
The kit comes with a 1967 Ludwig snare and Drumdrops provides articulations for sticks, hotrods and brushes.
Recorded at the world-famous Livingston Studios in London, Drumdrops thinks you will love the kit.
