Drum sample library expert Drumdrops is to release its first drum expansion pack for the BFD premium acoustic drum module from FXpansion today at 4pm GMT.
The Gretsch 1960s Round Badge Soul Kit – BFD Pack is compatible with BFD2 and BFD3.
The kit, produced and played by Timmy Rickard, is an amazing recreation of the Al Jackson Jr drum sound of the early 70s, and a great example of a vintage drum sound recorded solely with five kit mics.
Customers will be able to add the kit to their BFD libraries, and utilise all the great features that come with the module.
The first 20 customers will get the pack for free, the next 30 will get the pack for £15, the next 50 will get the pack for £25 and then it will be the retail price of £35.
