Set up by producer/engineer Brett Shaw next to Peckham’s exciting Bussey Building, 123 Studios is south-east London’s premier recording studio.

At £470 +VAT per month, we are sure this 3.2m x 2.4m studio will be filled quickly.

The production studio is centred around a main communal lounge that creates an inspiring creative space for a musical community in south-east London.

There is also a large, flexible live/recording room and a control room with natural light and near-perfect monitoring available at an extra cost.
