The brand new SpinRoad Recording Studios, owned by Brit Award-winning producer Pedro Ferreira, is the second Swedish facility in the Miloco directory. Housed in an early 1900s building, the Gothenburg studio is an exceptional blend of old and new.
The huge live room boasts a Yamaha C3 grand piano and Tama drum kit, and is flooded with natural light thanks to the near floor-to-ceiling windows. In the control room a Neve V3 console takes centre stage under a cluster of naked lightbulbs.
Both rooms were designed by acoustician Nick Whitaker (Abbey Road Studios, British Grove Studios), providing perfect characteristics for live recording. There is also a stylish kitchen and lounge where clients can take a break.
