Three long-term lets newly available

A trio of studios has been added to our list of rooms available for long-term let. Lansdowne House Studio is very close to Universal Music UK and 30 seconds walk from Holland Park tube, Hornsey Suite 4 is positioned favourably for north London’s great transport links and Ravenscourt Studio 1 is in west London’s Ravenscourt Park.

The self-contained and daylit Lansdowne House Studio is in London’s Holland Park. At Lansdowne House Studio, there is a control room, live room, bathroom with shower and rec room. Miloco Builds transformed the facility into a luxury recording studio in 2013. This long-term let studio comes equipped with a great selection of gear.

Hornsey Suite 4 is one of six long-term let spaces located in a fantastic complex in Hornsey, north London. A great space for writers, programmers and musicians, this large room benefits from having daylight, a recording area, a separate booth, air-conditioning and a monitored alarm system. The complex contains shared amenities including a kitchen and rec room.

Ravenscourt Studio 1 has had a few software upgrades adding Pro Tools HD 11, Logic Pro X and the Arturia V Collection of soft synths. Based around an Audient ASP4816 console, PMC monitors and a 19ft x 15ft live room, it’s a great little production/recording studio together with 24-hour access, shared use of common areas (including a brand new roof garden!), and all bills included. Studio 1 is available for short, medium or long term hire or on a timeshare basis.
