Miloco climbs new heights with Dubway Studios

With so many skyscrapers,  you can imagine it would be hard to claim the title of highest anything in New York City. Yet Dubway Studios has managed to do just that, boasting the title of ‘highest studio in NYC’.

Above the clanging bells of the stock exchange and the throngs of suits headed to Wall Street sits Dubway Studios, on the upper floors of a finance district high-rise building. This is the newest site for Dubway, who have been providing music production, audio post and remote recording services to the broadcast, film, internet and music industries for over 30 years.

With a large main floor and penthouse mezzanine it has one large tracking room, four control rooms and three sound rooms, which are interlinked via audio and video for ease and flexibility. The penthouse mezzanine is a beautiful tracking space that can cater for large ensembles, and the main floor studios, built by Mike Crehore, together form an ergonomic and versatile multi-room experience. These are wonderful acoustic spaces stocked with the most impressive digital and analogue gear, providing almost every recording capability a client could need.

With a team that has decades of experience between them, the Dubway Studios team of staff and engineers are able to bring unparalleled creativity and expertise to every project. This experience now spans media arts, gaming and apps as well as music recording and production.
