Long Blondes

November 2006 saw the release of the debut Long Blondes album Someone to Drive You Home, which was regarded as one of the catalyst albums for a rock-revival movement amongst bands from Sheffield, which is where they are from, coincidentally. A year later they were with Miloco recording album number 2.

The Long Blondes were in The Garden in September and October in 2007, tracking their second album with producer Erol Alkan and engineer Jimmy Robertson.
