In a time where it seems no artist’s sound can escape descriptions of cross-genres, many have been waiting for someone to dare step away from the indie/electro realm and really broaden the horizons of ‘musical mixture’. Mr Hudson and the Library should certainly make an impression with their efforts to do so, as debut album ‘A Tale Of Two Cities’ portrays a wonderfully multi-cultural image involving reggae, hip hop and more singer-songwriter aspects. Mr Hudson and the Library were making use of The Toyshop, Musikbox, The Pool and The Engine Room throughout the summer of 2006. Dave McCracken produced two tracks off the album.
