Deep Down Happy is the debut album from London-based band Sports Team.
Working with Producer Burke Reid (Courtney Barnett, Flyte, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever) the band spent several weeks in 2019 and early 2020 recording the album at our Livingston Studios complex in Wood Green, assisted by Marcus Locock.
The majority of the tracking for this record was done in Livingston Studio 1 where the 6-piece were able to spread out, making themselves at home in the spacious live rooms.
Preluded days earlier by the single Long Hot Summer, the album is available now.
