Bentley House is uniquely and purposefully created to inspire. Through its configuration and appointments, every aspect of the house has been considered. This includes incandescent lighting throughout designed by a critically acclaimed lighting design firm, an abundance of exposed brick on every floor, beautiful artwork throughout, exposed century-old wooden-joist ceilings with phenomenal acoustic properties, and red oak floors.

Modern in functionality, sumptuously designed for comfort, yet raw in feeling, Bentley House gives artists an authentic, historical place to come up with their best ideas. It can also serve as a spectacular backdrop for film and tv productions.

A 2200 SF loft with its own separate entrance and private garage provides the ultimate in security and comfort for artists. The rest of the house is comprised of four guest bedrooms each equipped with an apollo x8p production rig/monitoring, a true chef's kitchen, dining for 12, multiple plush lounge areas, and a 2400 SF roof deck.
