Dock Street's close relationship with Miloco can be traced to its very beginnings; the studio was designed and built by Miloco Builds and is acoustically superb thanks to legendary acoustician Nick Whitaker. We're proud to have the studio on our roster, and are excited to welcome in a new owner to continue our incredibly successful partnership!

Studio 1, the centrepiece, is based around a stunning SSL AWS-948 console with focal monitoring. It's remarkably flat frequency response paired with some incredible gear that includes original 1962 EMI preamps, a Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor and more makes this one of the best-sounding control rooms around. The live room consists of a tracking space perfect for full band tracking, as well as a large vocal booth.

Studio 2 is a smaller writing space with a good sized live room, ideally sized to cater for vocal and amp recording. The control room is a purpose-built shape to accentuate the already exceptional accuracy of the revered ATC SCM25A monitors. The studio also benefits from Pultec EQP-1A & MEQ-5 EQs.
