Estudio Del Sur

The residential house is a combination of colonial and modern architecture with contemporary building technology.

The main room is an expansive open plan space with a kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area, that is surrounded by windows allowing a comprehensive view of the countryside and superb daylight.

In the living room area, there is a high end home theatre system along with a great collection of films and documentaries, and bookshelves with all kinds of amazing books in several languages. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table can seat twelve people comfortably.

Right outside the open plan lounge is the main porch, a terrific place to relax and feel the exceptional natural surroundings of the central valley of Chile after a day's work in the studio.

The residential house can accommodate up to eight people. There are four bedrooms with two single beds in each room and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have good daylight and a nice view of the backyard.

A Laundry and room cleaning service is also included.
