What the rates include

- Studio hire rate is for 10 hours w/o VAT. It includes an additional hour either end of your session for set   up and pack down.

- Start and end times are flexible. 

- Assistant engineer and equipment access is included. 

- Damages to equipment/premises are added to final invoice.

- Late sessions past 10pm cover assistant engineer's transportation home.

- Additional services i.e. piano tuning, hard drives and tape will be added to final invoice.

- Cancellation within 24 hours incurs full-day charge.

- Filming only in rented space; extra charge for professional setups, contact studio manager for more details.
