Studios 301 Sydney

Studio One is our largest recording space and the centrepiece of our brand new facility. The studio is comprised of a beautiful custom built 201 square metre recording space including two isolation booths and a Yamaha C7 grand piano. Combining our studio heritage with modern technology, the spacious 75 square metre control room is equipped with Australia’s only Neve 88R console, a significant outboard selection including the famed Fairchild 670, the latest iMac Pro and Apogee converters. With PMC QB1A monitors, this the first facility in the Southern hemisphere to install PMC’s flagship monitoring system.

The recording space is extremely flexible for recording bands who desire classic big studio sound, a delicately layered orchestra or a pianist looking for a vibrant balance of emotion and strength. The room is also an exceptional venue, which is well suited for film shoots, live performances, product launches, events for 50-200 guests, and even hosting small concerts and webcasts.

Studio 1 additionally offers a large private green room for artists situated in the upstairs area overlooking the foyer and an extensive selection of microphones and guitars.

Designed by Dr Tom Misner, and master acoustician, Jochen Veith, the studio is the only tier one recording studio in Australia and un-arguably is the focal point of one of the world’s finest acoustically designed facilities.
