The Albion Rooms is situated within a Victorian terraced townhouse in Margate with beautiful sea views. The property comprises the Recording Studio, Licensed Bar & Kitchen, and Guest Rooms – overlooking the historic Oval Bandstand and Gardens in the Cliftonville area of Margate. A classic 'seaside' town on the glorious Kent coast, Margate has rich artistic roots and bohemian spirit – the ideal backdrop for making music.

Located in the ground floor extension is the state of the art recording studio, custom made by The Studio People. The space is dominated by a high spec, 27 sqm Live Room and Drum Booth, an additional 8sqm Control Room, with further spaces including lobby, entrance/rest area and toilet.

The air-conditioned recording spaces are fully floating rooms within rooms, separated by full height acoustic barrier walls and doors to support acoustic and isolation treatments, all designed for the best acoustic performance possible.
