The location of the studio, in the outskirts of Castleford (near Leeds), provides the perfect blend for being able to lock yourself away, without having to completely isolate yourself from the outside world. The centre of Leeds is a short 15 minute drive away, with the local train & bus station withing a short walk of the studio. The studio also sits within minutes of the M62.
There are plenty of takeaways, pubs & restaurants nearby to cater for you after a day in the studio, all staying open til at least midnight. There is also 'Xscape' & 'Diggerland' nearby should you wish to try your hand at skiing or.. digging! The studio is a 10 minute walk away from open country fields the River Aire and the recently built 'Millenium Bridge' that overlooks the old Allison Stone Mill - formerly one of the largest stone mills in Europe.
