The Horrors

The Horrors were the darlings of the alternative music press almost from the day they formed back in 2005, thanks to a standout, ghoul-like image and a much-hyped “spooky” rock sound referred to as ‘horror punk’. ‘Strange House’ was one of the most hotly anticipated debuts of 2007, and was produced by Ben Hillier in The Pool in December ’06.

With the media spotlight rarely ceasing to simmer down since the release of ‘Strange House’, they finally released their second LP ‘Primary Colours’ in 2009 to widespread acclaim. It was then followed up by the awesome ‘Skying’, which the band worked with producer Craig Silvey on in The Garden Studios in Shoredtich.

In September 2017, the band returned with their fifth studio album, the aptly titled V, which was recorded at The Church Studios and produced by Paul Epworth.
