Comprising a control room which comfortably fits one to three people, as well as a separate vocal booth, the room has a Neumann U87 Ai, Peluso 22 251 Tube & Sony C100, as well as a Sony C800G which lives in the building, and can be hired for an additional cost subject to availability. As well as these mics, the room is also home to two basses, as well as a Fender Jazzmaster electric guitar.
