QDS Studio was born out of the sheer will of two sound addicts who challenged themselves to build the studio of their dreams.
In 2011, Jordan Kouby and his partner Fred Vectol turned an old garment factory into a professional recording studio.
Located in the heart of Paris, in the vibrant and cosmopolitan 10th district, QDS Studios provides the perfect environment for your recording and mixing projects. Just five minutes from the Eurostar station and the trendy Marais, the studio is surrounded by stylish cafés, vintage boutiques, and an eclectic array of international eateries. Nestled discreetly between two buildings, this impressive 300m² (3,230 ft²) space is a true sanctuary for sound, designed to inspire creativity and deliver world-class audio production.
Our facilities include a world-class tracking suite featuring an EMI-Neve console, a dedicated hybrid mix room, and a cutting-edge Dolby Atmos mixing studio.
We offer a meticulously curated selection of high-end equipment, ranging from iconic vintage gear to state-of-the-art technology. Our collection includes an impressive array of microphones, instruments, and amplifiers, as well as a vast selection of synthesizers, percussion, drum machines, and rare sonic treasures.
All studios are equipped with high-speed optical fiber internet and 4K SDI video, making them fully optimized for remote recording, film scoring, and live broadcasting.
Each room features the latest Mac Pro workstations, equipped with HDX cards, Blackmagic 4K cards, and an extensive suite of plug-ins powered by UAD Octo cards.
At QDS Studios, our highly skilled engineers and assistants bring a wealth of experience across all music genres. Their technical expertise, passion, and dedication ensure that every project reaches its full potential.
