Any files which are received late, damaged or incomplete will result in a delay in completing your mix and likely affect the 10-day guarantee. To avoid this please check your files are correct and labelled before uploading.
All online mixes will be unattended by the client or representative of a client
All revisions should be submitted for review in reasonable time, usually the same day as the mix is sent by the engineer. This ensures your mix can be revised immediately without the need for session recall at a later date, which may sonically vary if a large amount of analogue equipment is being used. If revisions are not requested the same day, the mix is submitted by your engineer it may affect our ability to deliver on the 10-day guarantee.
Alternate mix versions will be treated as additional revisions and billed at an hourly rate.
Alternative mix versions include anything which is not specified in the ‘Final File Delivery’ section. (EG. vocal up mix, radio edit, censored mix, TV mix etc.). List non-exhaustive.
Unless there is a technical fault with the mixes provided to you, we do not offer refunds.
Should a technical fault occur, we will endeavour to correct the error in the first instance.
Miloco studios or it’s team will not be held responsible in the unlikely event of loss of client data.
If opting to archive your material with us (stereo mixes and masters only), we will take the utmost care in selecting an appropriate storage medium. Though we will not take responsibility for media deteriorations, faults, or formats that become obsolete over time.
This service is designed for your convenience, rather than data integrity. We recommend you make multiple copies of your work in an effort to keep it safe.
Miloco reserves the right to refuse service and refund your booking if we deem the files submitted to be inappropriate for mix. Reasons for refusal could include, but are not limited to: audio quality, inappropriate content or incorrect submission. We may also opt to decline service if issues with behaviour become a concern, in these instances bookings may not be refunded.
We aim to complete all online mixes within 10 days, this is counted from the moment the session files are uploaded and received after the booking is confirmed
From time to time it may not be possible for us to meet our 10-day guarantee due to a variety of reasons, including engineer and studio unavailability.
At the time of booking you will be warned if this may be the case and you will have the option to continue with the service or not. In every case we aim to deliver our service as promptly and conveniently as possible.
Our online mix service is designed to help and support the independent music community, allowing unsigned artists to access professional mix engineers at a very special rate. For this reason, the service is not suitable for artists with a recording contract.
These terms of service should be viewed as a guide and non-exhaustive. We reserve the right to use our discretion to best deliver this service or to terminate an agreement should we deemed it appropriate.
