Old Carpet Factory offers accommodation across three floors of the historic mansion, creating a private and immersive base for recording, writing and creative retreats.

The ground floor provides direct access to the studio and includes a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, as well as the kitchen. On the main floor, the grand room features tall ceilings, three large windows overlooking the island, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a large chaise longue. A glazed arch created by American sculptor John La Farge connects the room to the private courtyard.

Outside, the courtyard is ideal for outdoor dining, while the walled garden includes a dipping pool, outdoor kitchen with coal grill, shaded relaxation areas and an orchard of almond, pomegranate and citrus trees. The terrace offers a comfortable sitting area with views over Hydra Port – an exceptional place to watch the sunset after a session.

The residence can accommodate up to eight guests across four bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Ground floor, adjacent to the studio; double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: Main floor, adjacent to the veranda and grand room; double bed and private bathroom with bathtub.
• Bedroom 3: Main floor, adjacent to the inner courtyard; double bed with access to the ground-floor bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Top floor; double bed and private bathroom with shower.
