·All studio prices exclude VAT. which is chargeable at 22%.

·Catering and transfer prices are not included. 

·Clients have the option to self-cater and can use the kitchens to cook in.

·Piano tuning (100€) is not included.

·The rates include the equipment shown on the equipment specification.

·Any specific gear needs to be requested prior to the session. 

·There could be a charge for the rental of equipment or instruments not present on the list.
