The Garage Studio

Staying at The Garage Studio Estate is a complete sensorial experience, an immersion in colors, flavors, natural landscapes, that nowadays constitutes the real luxury.

The union between tradition and innovation is the core which distinguishes it, which boasts of high quality and professional instruments, equipment and systems.

The property of The Garage Studio consists of two cottages surrounded by an authentic beauty, between olive groves, gardens and a private wood. It preserves its historical charm, keeping an elegant and warm touch. It has been built around 1860 and it was considered a neuralgic center for the convivial life of the surrounding areas.

The main cottage has four double rooms, one with two beds, and an attic with a double bed and a sofa bed. In the ground floor, there's a big hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a library room, a billiard room, a bathroom and a laundry room. Moving to the first floor you find four bedrooms, each one has its own private bathroom, a big hall with a historical big fireplace, sofas and a library section and a communal bathroom. Finally, there's the attic, which is similar to a suite, since it's a big, elegant room with one double bed, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. The views from this room are amazing. Outside the villa, there's a veranda which overlooks the gardens and swimming pool.

The second cottage consists of two floors: the ground floor is made up of a kitchen, one double bedroom with its own bathroom and a big hall with sofas, fireplace, and a dining table. Through a door off the hall, you can access another hall which is surrounded by big windows. This room contains a Zimmerman piano and a record player, which creates a perfect chill area.

Outside this hall, there's a veranda where there are a dining table and an important detail for an Italian break: the table football, "biliardino" or "calcio balilla". On the second floor, there is one double bedroom with its own bathroom and a single bedroom (with two beds).

The atmosphere, the colors and the smells here help boost the natural creativity, which helps make The Garage Studio experience unique, addictive and unforgettable.
