Residential Overview

The property was built in the late 1860s. It has always been a manor farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, olive yards and vegetable gardens. With the passing of the time it became a central point for the convivial life.

In 1987, Fabrizio Vanni, owner of The Garage Studio, bought the property and with the elegant touch of his wife, helped make this farmhouse a wondrous place keeping its original essence. The villas are still surrounded by oliveyards (from which we create our own oil), gardens, a private wood, a pond and a swimming pool. We believe in our tradition, and that is why we keep on preserve it, especially when concerns food: every year we organize the olive harvesting, to which friends and parents partecipate with a common goal, that is taste the perfect olive oil (in the last photo Fabrizio Vanni joining the olive harvesting).

The main villa has three double rooms, one single bedroom (with two beds) and an attic with a double bed and a sofa bed. In the ground floor there's a big hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a library room, a billiard room, a bathroom and a laundry room. Moving to the first floor you find four bedrooms, each one has its own private bathroom, a big hall with a historical big fire place, sofas and a library section and a communal bathroom. Finally there's the attic, which is similar to a suite, since it's a big, elegant room with one double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The views from this room are amazing. Outside the villa there's a veranda which overlooks the gardens and swimming pool.

The second villa consists of two floors: the ground floor is made up of a kitchen, one double bedroom with its own bathroom and a big hall with sofas, fireplace and a dining table. Through a door off the hall you can access another hall which is surrounded by big windows. This room contains a Zimmerman piano and a record player, which creates a perfect chill area.

Outside this hall there's a veranda where there's a dining table and an important detail for an italian break: the table football, "biliardino" or "calcio balilla". On the second floor there is one double bedroom with its own bathroom and a single bedroom (with two beds).

The atmosphere, the colours and the smells here help boost the natural creativity, which help make The Garage Studio experience unique, addictive and unforgettable.
