Prime Studio

Prime Studios now include a charming guest house just a few feet from the studio, which was acquired in 2011 in order to give the facility an extra touch as residential recording studio. Throughout the autumn of 2011, the house was completely refurbished and redecorated, and has now been brought up to a comfortable standard to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Providing accommodation for up to 8 people, the house offers a beautiful, peaceful and homely living space in the middle of Mils's alpine countryside, whilst still however being in quick reach of Innsbruck.

The house, as well as the studio facilities, is situated in one of the Tyrols' most sought after living areas. Entering the house you'll find a dining room, kitchenette with breakfast area, a living room with two couches and a selection of chairs to hang-out. The house is equipped with WiFi internet access in all rooms and a nice barbecue area. You can watch satellite or AppleTV, enjoy jourself breathing the fresh mountain air on a deck chair, relaxing on the garden terrace.

There are four double bedrooms on the first floor of the house. They share a well-sized bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy the spectacular views of the Alps and woodland areas, whilst at the front you can look out over the houses' green lung, the garden and barbecue area. Beyond the house's beautifully kept garden you can go for a walk in the woods or a do bike ride to the mountains. In winter you can even enjoy the slopes, doing a ski ride, getting there within 10 minutes by car, or the studios' limousine service.
