Verdant Sound

Verdant Sound is a private recording studio and creative residence set on six acres of lakefront land in the Catskills, designed from the ground up as a "living instrument" for artists.

Beyond the control room and live room, the property functions as one continuous studio: a treated lounge with its own stage and full DJ rig, five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, an open-plan kitchen and living area with wood-burning fireplace, a lofted "treehouse" stage, and a subterranean theater with 4K laser projection, Marantz 5.1, Klipsch subwoofer, and PS5.

Outdoors, the experience extends to a deck with a pool-sized hot tub, wet bar, BBQ, and open sky; a clearing with fire pit and walking trails; and a private lake with dock, canoe, kayaks, and excellent fishing.

Every detail of the residence is designed to support deep, uninterrupted creative work - offering comfort, privacy, and inspiring spaces to write, rehearse, listen, and relax between sessions.
