Karma Sound Studios

Studio 1 provides a spacious recording enviorment (200 sq metres), consisting of a beautifully lit main live area with isolation capabilities, adjourning vocal booth & guitar iso rooms. We're happy to boast one of the most sought after drum rooms around!

The control room's centrepiece is a customised and immaculate SSL 4056 E/G Series console, recently fitted with British Class A modifications, supported by a 32/56 I/O Pro tools HD System and complemented with outboard by BAE, Millennia, API, Great River, Manley, Emperical Labs, Teletronix, Universal Audio, Neve and many more!

Monitoring is provied by Yamaha HS8s, Yamaha NS-10s & Genelec 1035Bs.

The Studio is currently running Pro Tools Ultimate. We also have an extensive list of Plugins & Software Instruments from manufacturers including Universal Audio, Waves, Fab Filter, Soundtoys, Native Instruments, Spitfire & Arturia just to name a few. Comprehensive and flexible connectivity is complemented by a five way Hearback individual monitoring system. The spacious control room has plenty of seating areas for musicians and guests and, unusually, both the live room and control room feature large picturesque windows giving natural light over looking palm trees, tropical gardens and the pool. A Yamaha C3 Grand Piano is always available, as are a wide selection of guitars, basses and keyboards, including a Yamaha Custom Studio kit and amps from Marshall, Vox, Fender and Ampeg.
