The excellent new single from The Big Pink succeeds the NME award-winning ‘Dominoes’. ‘Velvet’ is released from the band’s debut album A Brief History of Love. A Brief History of Love was mixed by Alan Moulder in Assault & Battery 1.

Now that the waters have calmed after pumpkin-gate at a little-known ITV-screened singing contest, Calvin is back on the chart assault. ‘You Used To Hold Me’ is the new single from his number 1 album, Ready for the Weekend. Calvin Harris produced the album at Miloco throughout 2009.
